The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                 
at the request of Representative Williams, Co-chair:                                                
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6                                                              
     Extending the termination date of the Joint Legislative Salmon                                 
     Industry Task Force until 2005.                                                                
                                                                                                    
HCR 6 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                    
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
